Talks are on Fridays at 2 p.m. unless otherwise noted. The colloquium will be held in Marie Mount Hall, Room 1304 unless noted otherwise. Titles and abstracts will be added as we receive them.

Helen Neville's talk is part of the Graduate School's Distinguished Lecturer Series. It will take place on Monday, February 21, 2000 at 4:00pm in Lecture Hall 1412, Physics Building. There will also be a talk in the Linguistics Department; we will keep you posted.
Ernie Lepore's talk is funded by the Department of Philosophy and will take oplace there (details to follow).

People who attend the Linguistics Colloquium Series are also encouraged to attend the LAISEM (Logic and Artificial Intelligence) series on Tuesdays at 4 p.m., and the Computational Linguistics Colloquium Series on Thursdays at 4 p.m. Many talks in these series are likely to be of interest to linguists.
